This is a nice photo to look at and you should be happy with the effect you got by using such a slow shutter speed.
The way that the water has blended is good and I think you got that pare just about right. However, I think this could have looked even better had you not zoomed in so close or had moved a bit further away. The waterfall as I say shows very good but by showing some of what I am sure would have been picturesque surroundings it would have been even better.
But I can not find anything else on what I think is an excellent shot.
