How do you escape from life?Finally got a chance to play with real IR.

Shot with F707 and a B&W IR filter.

Very nicely done... you captured the moment very well. Looks like it's about to storm. I don't know much about those IR Filters, but it really just makes the image pop... I'll have to invest in one.

Now this one I really like! Again, the effect of the IR and the dark tones give it an ominous feel - like you're waiting for something to happen. I like the title, but I think it works more with the previous shot due to the horizontal layout of it - gives you more ground indicating (IMHO) a place you could run. I love the vertical format of this one because it really allows you to focus on the sky - which is truly incredible. Great work!

This is the better of the two personally. The amount of sky is better because it has so much texture and movement, whereas the first one is more about the landscape. I think the use of space and balanced is more effective with this image.

I love it, awesome job. It's such a dark and forboding view. It also reminds me how difficult it is to controll all the aspects of your life. It's like a tree desperately trying to cling to all of it's leaves in spite of the oncoming storm.

I like this better then the first one. THe clouds get more play here and the layout offers more of a feeling of depth and detail. The color is great and has a nice tone flow

It makes me think of the scene in Blue Brothers 2000 when they're performing Ghost Riders in the Sky and this huge storm rolls in. i feel as though any moment the hand of God or whoever is up there is about to come doan and squash someone.
