A rework of an earlier work.
It now looks slightly more like the character in my mind...but still not nearly as hauntingly beautiful and undaunted as he really is T_T
The day I can paint him right and without effort is the day I can die happily hah.
Gato Negro (nickname obviously) is a character from my Mage campaign (Thyrsus Elder) and sort of an alter ego of Caio. (But Caio is more of a sweetheart heh)
This character is *extremely* dear to me. Please don't use him as an avatar for your own character.

If you're really worried about work getting stolen you should watermark it. I know they're not the prettiest, but I figure protecting your hard work is more important than giving people a perfectly clear view.
This version is much better; this time I focused on the eyes and not the lips.

'Gato' is a Thyrsus Elder of my Mage campaign. His prime spheres of magic are Life and Spirit. So...basically he's all about Nature, wild-life and spirits. Can shape-shift into any animal (but prefers a black panther) His personality has animalistic traits. He can be cruel in an innocent way. He moves with predatory grace and an air of natural confidence.
Intimacy and sexual acts are very important to him, as expected from a Mage on the Path of Ecstacy, but though he may act dominant, he does not believe in possession or surrender that is anything other than complete and powerful in it's own right. (The dominance is to teach his partner something about his or her thoughts on posession or togetherness, not to truly reign over someone. but that's a bit lenghty to explain) To him such acts are a celebration of life and the person he's with. He's definitely not just an opportunistic playboy, though he likes to tease and put people on the wrong track for a bit.
He likes to use a bit of streetalk and youthful attitude (he looks 23 but his original form is centuries old because of a (forbidden) Spirit Deal) but underneath it waits someone who can hardly be fooled by anything but is not out to prove his superiority. He loves nature, he loves people, and though he was once very powerful, it was not for his own personal glorification, as he doesn't feel his identity to be that seperate from all living things that surround him (though he was worshipped as the Jaguar God of Creation in the city of Tik'al during the Maya period)
