Errmm..I did the lineart on a white background T__t;;; so the backgrounds crappy >0>
I did the head on a tablet! And the rest was done on the mouse ^0^

Crystal eyes are easy~ You can do it in 30 seconds.... fill in the base color of eye! then use dodgey and dodge a moon at the bottom of the eye...then take a tinytiny brush and brush some...lines on the moon! add some circles and you're done... O__Oll
