Bio:
  Born to a dragon and a anthropomorphic plant man, Vill is the second son next to his older brother, Hitma. He finds people to be troublesome and tends to avoid them at all cost, spending most of his time with his cat/minion, Valhallia. He lives in a large house with a laboratory and spends his time making weapons and studying heroes. His weapons tend to be sought after due to their unique uses and rarity due to him refusing to talk to others.
  In his child the neighbors dog bit him giving him a crippling fear of dogs which followed him into adulthood.
He is very agile and flexible allowing him to maneuver around heroes with ease. When heading out he always carries one weapon and his wallet and a few pieces of candy inside his hip pack.
  Being a villain has taken a toll of his social life with people either beign rude or afraid of his, the only exception being K.O. which Vill has learned to favor and tends to give the excited child treats whenever they cross paths, even teaching K.O. how to make a simple pea shooter once.
  He hides a secret that only Valhallia know.

Abilities:
Dragon Strike- Due to your dragon heritage, you are able channel power into your tail to strike nearby enemies.
Flame Breath- Dragons naturally have flammable breath and due to this also are resilient to flames and fire of any kind.
Nightmare Eyes- A night-vision that comes with a terrifying sight for others, your reflective eyes shine in the dark and create a scary sight not for the feint of heart.
