If you look closely you'll find insects all year round. I'd noticed a few ladybirds (ladybugs) taking refuge in my flat from the sub-zero temperatures outside, and today I took the time to photograph one of them.Shot with a Canon 50D and EF 100mm f2.8 macro lens, a complete set of kenko extension tubes and a 270 EX flash with a home made diffuser. The bug was standing on tin foil which acted as a reflector
