i believe Popplio got all that hate because of how people felt about Oshawott when all it's forms came into gen 5. and worried that it would become just as bad as Samurott where it has nothing else to back up it's stats. even its Shell Armor ability left Samurott with the shortest end of the stick.
but then again, its too soon to pass judgement on that when we haven't seen it's forms and abilities yet.

Wyszło uroczo - bardzo ładna woda, tło i te pokemonowe serduszkowe rybki aww xD i nawet cos w tle - wyspa, lapras? : D bardzo fajny rysunek, mimo ze tylko jeden pokemon to jednak duzo detali przyciaga wzrok
