Description
So, I've made yet another new character, and figured I could use this old reference file in my documents for him. This was originally for a fox character named Jules (the file, that is), but... Jules's ref was never gonna get done, so I figured I could go ahead and design Art. So, yes, this doggy was born.
Well, I'm not sure what else I should say here. There is a lot of extra information not mentioned here, but his story hasn't been fully figured out yet so for now there's just a visual.
