Hi guys. This post is just a concern about the AI art world that has been spreading around for quiet a while now, and I wanted to see the feedbacks of general consumers. Firstly, what I post here is not all the works I've done on the art section, it's just a liking and I do it very little. I have been practicing art for the past 5 years but not very good at digital yet. But from my past experiences I've come to learning that it takes patience and perseverance to be better at something. May it take more than your expected time but the result will eventually be what you aimed for. Now, I mostly earn from my commissions of pencil sketches but that is a thin market, and most people don't wanna pay more than 10$. So as you can see my main earning source is this, but the new arrival of AI arts has taken a liking of the community. The concept of getting your desired art out of just the text is astonishing and revolutionary, true. But I feel like it kind of kills our market of hard working artist out there who just want to make a living out of what they love to do. I'm not against AI art, it helps the artists to visualize a lot of concepts that feels like a trap to us, trust me they've been a huge help. But the concerning point comes to me is that how many people are willing to pay me for a piece of art which they can easily get from few keywords and a good subscription plan at DALL-E or MIDJOURNEY. I wanna know you guys opinion on this, are artist still needed? will you be willing to contribute? how much does the AI effects this? any thing in your mind, just drop in the comments. Thank you
