It's unseasonably warm here.  It should be around in the -20 to -30 range during the day, but we're getting just above zero temperatures instead.  I like the warmer weather, but less snow means if we do get normal winter temps, there won't be enough snow to insulate the ground and the cold could kill grass roots & flower bulbs...and then there's all the ice...
