He can also change back either by doing it himself, or by force(for example, being unconscious). Most of his abilities can only be used if his cartoon form is active. He is also immune to being fatally crushed(he will become paper flat). He is also able to change other objects or living things to cartoon form as well(they can change back by having him do it or by being far enough so the effects can wear off). However, despite all this, while in cartoon form, he is more vulnerable to cutting attacks(such as swords) and he can feel more pain. He will also become less saner in that form as well, so he needs to change back to avoid loss of sanity. He also needs to be careful on using a sword, due to his vulnerability.

Personality: While in his normal form, he is calm and he is laid-back, while in his cartoon form, he is hyperactive and less calm. He hates the World Nobles because of his childhood. He considers his crew as a great family.

History:
When he was a child, he lived with his father, an artist, on a populated island. He admired the marines for their work for justice, and he wanted to become one when he grew up. However, one day, a World Noble came on a visit on his home. He didn't understand what was a World Noble... after the villagers bowed to him, Walt didn't. The World Noble, angered, attempt to shoot him, but the shot... was blocked by his father... his dying father, before passing away, he told him: "be a good boy...". After the World Noble left, he realized how corrupt was both the marines and the world was. After reaching age 16, he left the island, going to an adventure. While he was traveling the Grand Line, he noticed a shipwreck, and found the Devil Fruit: The Manga Manga no Mi. Years later, he learned more about he fruit after he ate it since he found it years ago. He then formed a crew, the Warner Pirates, and set sail to make a dream come true: liberate corruption from justice...

Dream: To destroy the corruption set on justice.

Also, he wears a hat that is similar to Elmer Fudd's, a Warner Bros character and has buttons that are like Mickey Mouse's from Disney. His voice also sounds like Yogi Bear's while he is in normal form while in his cartoon form, he sounds like Boo-Boo Bear, both characters from Hanna-Barbera.
