Description
This old wizard was searching for the music boxes that contained the two halfs of the monster Hirudegarn. In one box there was Minoshia, who was killed. In the other, Tapion, who was liberated on Earth.
Hoi lied to Gohan and the others about his intentions, he wanted to take control of the monster to conquer the universe. But his plan failed, the monster stepped on him and killed him.
