Personality
Arien is unlike any other Weavile. While Weaviles are generally hostile and cold, this particular one is docile and playful. He has no problem being defensive if he needs to, he will let his natural Weavile instincts take over if he's in imminent danger. Arien rarely shows an emotions of sadness. He can get jovial rather easily as well as being angered, but he's more upbeat than irritated.

Biography
Arien is a ghost, however he wasn't always a ghost, he did start out life as a regular Weavile, not much went on in his life, he lived it normally along with another pack of Weaviles and Sneasels. However, one fateful day, he was sent to go hunt for Pokemon eggs, as berries around the area were becoming scarce.
So Arien was sent off to hunt for eggs, he eventually found some at a Swellow's nest. As he was attempting to rob the nest of its eggs, as fate would have it, the Swellow who's den is the nest returns from her flight and catches Arien in the act. Arien was ready to defend, the both began a fierce battle to the end, Arien wasn't doing so well, as he was attacked by powerful moves like Sky Attack and Steel Wing, while Arien was trying to deliver a Dark Pulse attack, he misses and is subsequently attacked by Hyper Beam, blowing him away from the nest and into a ditch, he loses the battle and mission.
Arien did survive the battle, despite sustaining serious injuries, he remained in the ditch for days until one day, the pack who sent him to search for eggs came across the ditch and saw Arien in there. He was immediately ecstatic that help has finally arrived, unfortunately, as Weaviles would, they show no remorse or respect towards each other. As soon as they hear how Arien ended up in the ditch, they deemed him a failure and left him. Arien remained in the ditch, less than a few hours later, he passed away.
Arien's body remained in the ditch for several days, slowly fading away into nature, however, one day, a shiny Gastly passed by the ditch and spotted the body. Gastly didn't know what to make of it, Gastly was going to move along, but he had an idea, he goes down into the ditch, and creates four ghost rings, and slips them onto the wrists and ankles of the Weavile body, Gastly then puts himself and his power into the rings, and disappears into them. Arien's body immediately goes from its normal Weavile coloration, to a ghostly color, his fur turns from dark blue to dark green, his headdress, collar and tails turn a bright cyan-lime green color.
Arien has been re-animated back to life, at first, Arien is dumbfounded by how he is alive again, this was until Gastly is connecting to Arien telepathically, he explains to Arien how he's alive again, how his coloration is suddenly different, and how he's possessing ghostly traits. Arien is now not only a Weavile but also a ghost, the problem is, if Arien loses or removes one of the four rings, he will immediately return to his normal self, however, this will mean, he will no longer be alive as his normal being is perished. Arien is still himself though, he's just different on the outside.
Arien now resides in an abandoned mansion, which is deep in a forest, the mansion appears to be an old structure, with moss grown all over it, Arien spends his time here, what he would do is explore the forest for the pack that betrayed him and take his revenge on them.
