The Dead Space trilogy has been the best "action and survivor horror" Game that I've played.Isaac Clarke thought that he will be alone for ever, but he meet Ellie, another surviving girl who through on a hell just like Isaac.
Dead Space 3 isn't the best game of the trilogy, but I enjoyed it.
