Being the second healer you have access to in the game, Gong is usually considered a necessary pick earlygame. The fact that he can eventually gain the Aura spell is a tempting argument to keep him in the team for a lot of the game, but if you are a power-grinder kind of player, Gong is probably going to be replaced by a better healer in late-to-endgame since Gong can't learn the higher level Aura.

I debated whether or not to even post this, given how simple his design is, and how easy it is to duplicate in HeroForge, it doesn't really feel like much of an accomplishment. And his promoted sprites are not that much more complicated, plus I couldn't decide if I liked his original or his Resurrection of the Dark Dragon design. So since his un-promoted form was the same in both games, I just figured to go with that.
