Raijiro is the second shortest boy in the whole group. He has black spiked hair, and and bright blue eyes. His left his was scratched out by a cat, which left behind a few scars.

He wears a red dog collar that use to belong to a dog that saved him from cats attacking him. He wears a yellow shirt with a small dog on it, which was
犬 (inu) on it, he also wears yellow shorts that match the shirt he wears.

Personality:

Insato is a stoic individual, very rarely changing his tone of voice or facial expression. He's the rival of Taiari Kitano, mostly coming up with counter arguments.

The only time you can get him to change his personality is when you bring up the topic of dogs. He goes from emotionless to completely excited, never knowing when to stop talking about them.

History:

When Insato was little, he was ambushed by a group of cats. One of the cats scratched his eye out right before a dog rushed in and scared off all of the cats, and since that day he loved dogs and hated cats.

On another occasion Insato was being kidnapped buy an adult, but the same dog rushed in, Saving Insato once again.

Insato is forcefully dressed as a mouse. Monokuma is controlling a giant robotic cat, Monokuma then chases Insato with the robotic cat until it catches up to him. The robotic cat continually scratches Insato until he dies of blood loss.
