Description
It's been what? 6 years now, and I still remember it. I remember the hellish bus travelling unknown roads surrounded by a neverending forest of pine trees. My reflection screaming the truth about what I was. The old derelict church waiting still upon the hills for stranded souls to come and ignite its rotting heart. I was heading there for some reasons. I was following a blue moth, it led me inside the building where children wearing strange masks were singing a dreadful lullaby. It was a surreal scene and yet there was something alarmingly true about it all. I woke up as the floor of the church collapsed, revealing an escape.

The Dream is an experience that happened roughtly 6 years ago. An hybrid between a nightmarish reverie and a shattered delusion that had been going on for far too long. For some reasons I appeared as a scarecrow while going through it all and it definitly made this kind of creature special to me. This one in particular was my first design for the character and also my first scarecrow drawing ever. I have drawn it a couple of times previously but it never felt faithful what I saw in my restless dreams, until today!
