This is a funny little thing which I have observed over the last year of being stuck in traffic waiting for builders to do....what?It's not the best art in the world, it's meant for the humour of it.
For anyone curious, it says "Labour" backwards on his t-shirt.

Haha yeah, whenever I see them there is normally thee builders standing around a chunk of concrete. One of them will be kicking it and saying "We may 'ave to du sum work to muve this"

lol Yeah, usually I just see them standing on the side of the road watching the cars go by. So, at least your workers are pretending to get ready to do some work
