Yay...my first deviation post-Eclipse....yay.
But in a bit of good news, after reaching out to the Daz Support Desk and requesting the previous version of the program that I was able to use before the update late last year...they did give me access to the previous version that at least allows me to render using Iray with minimal crashes mid-render!!!
I don't know what it is, but I love the idea of the simple yet sleek full-bodied chrome design. And of course, traditionally it's been my longtime flagship character Adora-1/Nikki that has mostly been given this design. Recently, she's been featured in more detailed armor and a super curly puesdo-Afro natural hairstyle...which still looks amazing...but it's just something about this look that keeps me coming back. I had some decent drawings/digital art pieces featuring Nikki and while I had a few where they were pretty decent depictions, I didn't always do the chromed out look any justice. Daz, the chrome shaders that I used here, and the Iray rendering engine really capture the sheen and sleekness that I want to convey!
If nothing else, I just wanted to render classic Nikki.
