Description
My entry for 's 'Villian Contest'.The aim is to design a dragon character suitable for a wintery environment. I tried to keep that in mind whilst designing him, especially with his adaptations.
I would have added a horse form on there, too, but I didn't have enough room. So, instead, here's what I believe he would look like as a horse: [link]

...Wow. I keep getting more and more impressed with each entry! The detail you put into how this dragon would survive in cold environments was well explained and makes sense. I love this design, it's beautiful. I am very much awed!

Yes, very much so. xD He is a noble creature and very refined in speech and manners. He does have a few negative qualities which would be his appeal for justice. But he has to balance it with truth to properly maintain order in the human realm, otherwise he would let justice rule and no man would be given mercy. If it weren't for a human reaching his heart not so long ago, he would have just let justice reign the laws of man. :c

That's the easiest way to do it. Don't be surprised if you end up sketching it a million time before you're happy with it. Happens to me all the time. xD
