This story follows the mysterious heroine Mariel who is sent to a magical academy against her will.

The world she belongs to is one set in the late middle ages where magic and magical creatures exists.
The academy she's been sent to is divided in two based on their magical abilities; the working class and the soldier class.
Mariel is placed in the working class due to her weak magical power. However, Mariel's knowledge and combat abilities might surpass everyone else at the academy.
Rumors spreading around the school that she's unable to use magic puts her in center of the bullying and discrimination that the rest of her class suffers.
She has no problem ignoring everything coming at her, but she cant ignore her fellow students and classmates being bullied; and somehow ends up in a duel with one of the strongest first year students in the academy.

This story follows the girls past, present and future and every secret to her life.
