self destructive. been ripping my self apart trying to find answers and unblur the lines from my unstable mental insanity from the past and the cptsd and ptsd. feel like im losing my mind and i cant explain it and my mind is unraveling and im starting to lose my focus on what matters some times. my voice can not scream or make noise enough for someone to see how i feel.
