Phew, this is... certainly something. At first I had to figure out where it starts and where it ends^^
But honestly this is so cool! So many interesting design choices, I like those... wobbly things along the neck

Oh my, what a crazy looking dragon, it's creepy as heck! But it looks really awesome and interesting, this original design it's very eye catchy. The messy stripes, spikes and those neck thingies reinforce that crazy and creepy feeling that I get looking at this dragon, same goes with the long body and "ssssneaky" tongue ; ) and those eyes are staring into our souls. Cool idea to add those skulls, and the drawing in general is awesomely drawn.
