Description
Parcaticing men again, decided to tone this one down a bit. He's a sort of sci fi esque magician, so that hanging at his waist is his staff which contacts into that little cylinder.
This is a traditional pencil drawing which I scanned into the computer and silly me had drawn it on lined paper so I had to do some de-lining and then I spruced up the pencil drawing a bit with some colour.
