In our galaxy, power armor wearing "fantastic creatures" are quite common. Making genetically engineered super-humans are expensive, and often problematic. Monsterfolk are cheap, and ready to use. With monstergirls, they are even parenting the next generation of super soldiers.
The "servo knights" aboard the dreadnought are wearing top notch power armor. They have repulsors, and small ion engines for zero-g actions. The armor also have a built-in shield generator in the left forehand, and back mounted missiles. They are mostly using a heavy energy machine cannon, and some close combat weaponry. Other, supporting weapons are also in every squad. In my novels, the servo knights are elite infantry/commando units, like Navy SEAL, for example. The mercenary groups in the galaxy have more numerous mechanised infantry regiments.
Asterios still have his AMD as a secondary gun, and wearing a so-called machine-sword. His horns are removable, with the help of some magnetic rings. He just removing them from his skull, and attached them outside the helmet, covered by some protective armor. They are, maybe, lost sometimes.

About the digital model: was not an easy task. Minotaurs have long cattle ears, so i need a bigger internal helmet volume for them. I just added some alien horns. Back-mounted missile launcher: some fantasy and painting are needed. Just...looks like a missile launcher. The back mounted gladiator-shield like thing is a backpack. Every soldier needs some storing capacity - food, spare parts, ammo. On the helmet, and on the right pauldron are sensors glowing. The armor itself is not symmetrical, but often the historical armor sets are also assymmetric. The left glove are a good candidate for a shield-generator holding one.
The necks are also a weak point, because who seen a space marine with neck-skin unprotected? A metal ring and a high collar undercoat are helps. Another usable item is the neck bracer, covered by metal paint.
And, finally, the tail. HF have huge tails. I thinking just remove the tail at first, but the armoured dinosaur tail looks good.
