hehehe! finally got the time to make a new drawing! i think im losing my edge! well... i just like the episode of where sasuke and gaara fought so i made this! hehehe! and as you can see... i got my first color RED! i found a color pencil in some of my stash and used it!sasuke+chidori+cursed seal - gaara(shukaku) = not a good idea sasuke

I like how you did gaara's hair a lot, its very cool how you just added red in certain parts, but my guess would have been that you'd have painted the "Ai" kanji on Gaara's forehead red as well o,o, cause it would make it stand out even more. But the piece is great anyway, I'll just close my eyes and imagine red....mmm...red...
What pencils do you use for colouring? cause when I saw your gallery the coloured drawings look kind of "wasted", as if the pencils you use couldnt reach certain intensity even if tearing the paper with them....maybe that's just the effect you're going after so don't take this the wrong way

just normal color pencils.. and yeah they dont shade that dark very well... looks very pale!!!

yup, that's what I thought, try to get polichrome pencils...they're good, very smooth yet they can get really intense!!!

My mother buys them separetely so she only paid what she was going to use....if they're expensive in your country then you should go for the primary colours, then some of the colours you like or use a lot...here they're about 1 dollar each.
