Description - Edmund Blackadder (Blackadder). In other media a character like Edmund would be a villain but in this series Edmund is a subversion because he's both a villain and a protagonist,  I know he might be viewed as essentially being the predecessor to Simon Cowell and Gordon Ramsay, more of the former than the latter because of his trademark insults but he really is just the type that is surrounded by stupidity every day and his way of coping is via insults, it's not his fault that almost everyone he is seen with is a moron or a lunatic.  And like how Gordon Ramsay is only abusive and mean if you mess up in the kitchen, and like how Simon is only saying what he says because he is trying to help these people that want to be singers, Edmund is only doing what he does to survive and also because he is surrounded by idiots everyday.
- Randall Boggs.
- Titus Telesco (I Still Know What You Did Last Summer). What do you mean i'm supposed to not like this character and that he's a sleezy stoner wannabe? He's freaking Jack Black.
- Chip Douglas (The Cable Guy).  He's a stalker, yes...but all he wants is to have a friend, he's genuinely tragic for a character who is supposed to be comedic, and it's hard not to love Jim Carrey in the role.
- Bojack (Bojack Horseman). Bojack is full of problems and flaws but he's not a terrible human being or even a terrible equine, oh no...he's actually tragic considering how his parents treated him as a children and his parents in general...I can now understand why Beatrice turned out the way she did but why Butterscotch treated Bojack the way he did I don't know.  Bojack is probably doomed to never be happy but he's still a likable character.
- J.P Valkenheiser (Nothing But Trouble). Oh Dan Aykroyd,  I love how odd and fascinating you are with your sick twisted mind.  This is a Dan Aykroyd villain character done right in my opinion like with Grocer from Grosse Pointe Blank,  the judge may be a bizzare twisted madman but he is doing his job and he is only really horrible towards bankers or people who break the law, unlike Vic Frohmeyer who I just hate with a passion because he's such a prick, this guy actually seems like a nice person once you get past the rollercoaster of death and the deformed grandsons.
- Otho Fenlock (Beetlejuice). The Deitzes are supposed to be the antagonists of the movie but yet they're just fun to watch and the same goes for Otho, yes he comes across as arrogant initially but he actually does have some aspects that are overlooked when it comes to him as a character.
- Annie Wilkes (Misery).
- Dawn Bellwether (Zootopia). Why am I supposed to hate her? Is it because of her actions? Is it because she's a twist villain? I don't get the hate for her.
- Rainbow Randolph (Death to Smoochy). This guy is essentially like Krusty from The Simpsons but it's hard to hate the guy...i'm sorry but I cannot hate a Robin Williams character, it's impossible for me to hate Robin Williams in anything,  even in Jack which I found to be sad at the end.
- Jabba the Hutt.  Jabba is a disgusting Hutt crimelord, yes...but he's actually fairly respectable for a Hutt, it's only when people cross him that he gets particularly nasty.
