Here is Skyentist, a transformation I came up with forever ago. ^_^

Skyentist is the Omnitrix's transformation of a Cerebrulomnibus from the planet Encephalonus IV, the same planet as Brainstorm.

The Cerebrulomnibi are closely related to the Cerebrocrustaceans, but live their lives floating on the surface of bodies of water, until they lift off of it, causing them to resemble a raincloud.

Like Brainstorm, Skyentist has enahnced intelligence and can utilize electrical abilities. He can expand and retract his woolly coat, expanding it to increase his defences, but also needs to cool his powerful brain by retracting it every so often.
