Okay, this is totally referenced, but I figure that's the only way I'm going to get better so...Anyway, I'm pretty happy with how this came out, it took me about two hours. Way longer than it shoud've but when I added the blue background there were some details that I needed to fix. I hate being picky.
Also, shun me to death, I did the lineart last...
WHAT??
I know I know, I'm very ashamed but I just drew it as a sketch to begin with and then I started doing some stuff with Toph but I really liked how the sketch looked so I just HAD to color it in. But the sketch was in light blue so it looked weird when I was done coloring it. So I went back and added lineart.
Okay so the reasoning behind this picture.
Well, this is right after the king is like "I need volunteers for a very dangerous mission!"
and Sokka's like "ME!"
And then he goes to get the mark and he looks at Yue and she looks at him the avatar theme song comes on but with like some string instrument or something and I START CRYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every single time I see that I end up crying.
So I just had to draw that...

That's like the only reason I watch Tales of Ba Sing Se becus of Iroh's story and then the ending! OMG sad iroh moment!
