First time drawing the new ink demon. BATDR is a great game, but I do have some issues with it. Some of which involve how Ink Bendy is portrayed. I'm not sure how I feel about the fact that he talks. I think it makes him less creepy and imtimidating. In the first game, there was noway to tell what he was thinking, what his motivations were, or even if he was an intelligent being or just a killing machine. A lot of that mystery gets lost as soon as he speaks, and I think it takes away from the character quite a bit.Also, while this is a great design, I think I like the old Ink Demon better. The more cartoonish look with that empty, unmoving smile was just unsettling. And he looked more like he was made from living ink in the first game.
