custom made (pixel by pixel) for minecraft layout.
instructions:

1) for multyplayer, go to homepage, and select profile.
2)press choose file. (must be a .png file) and submit.

1) for single player (offline with no account) go to texturepacks.
2)then click on any texturepack.
3)open up the folder with the word mob.
4)there will be a file called char.png
5)rename this skin to: char.png then drag it onto the file.
6) click on yes, to copy and replace.

Now you play as arceus in minecraft online, and offline.
