Compare to the painting of Cammy, this finishing is more tedious, hence it took more time than usual.You can see a lot of tweaking here and there as it goes along which is not fun but it's necessary.
If something is not right, don't be afraid to erase it/redo it. Sometimes we thought, "maybe next time I'll do it right"
But that's not the way to improve. So don't make it an habit. (:
