Aww. This is so lovely and adorable. I like Pikachu connecting them. However shocking Misty makes me nervous. Considering her specialty, I jokingly imagine her being weak against electric. If Misty was weak against any type, it would definitely be bug. The funniest case I recall is when she called Bugsy's gym a "torture chamber". These type weaknesses remind me of Starmie.

Maybe. I don't know what type humans would be officially. Humans can be seriously hurt by electricity in real life. I don't know about the Pokemon world. Pikachu has shocked Team Rocket many times, and it doesn't cause life threatening damage.
