More likely a temple or other significant religious sight, in my opinion. I just think the post and litle construction and the outer lieing structures resemble other cultural temples. If all the other civilisations on the planet were doing nearly similar things, who's to say the celts weren't as well... But it has yet to be "proven."
I like this shot, rather than a complete shot, which is so commonly done you got a single angle, only a fragment of the monolith. Good choice, good shot, great work.
