Ho! Gosh, sometimes my drawings are so freaky I scare myself, man!My feeble attempts to draw King Julien from DreamWorks' Madagascar are thwarted! What started out as a recognizable character turned into... something else. I hate my drawing style, man. I'm serious! My own sketches scare me.... (snigger)
Out of all of DreamWorks Animation's fictional entities, my favorite, by far, is King Julien. I've always loved his unique design, cocky personality, and blatant Indian accent. I consider him something of my alter ego, actually, which probably explains the favoritism. (sweats)
This deviation will be sent to the "Scraps" pile eventually. Thank goodness for the "Scraps" section....

It really looks like him - actually, I was going to say, if it wasn't intended to look like that king lemur, that it did resemble him. xD But, since that's what you were going for ... it does look like him.
I only watched Madagascar for teh lemurs. x)

Really? The way I draw him I don't see much of a resemblance. 
Yeah, the lemurs are what make the movie, besides the penguins. I really do like Madagascar actually, even though most people don't care for it... as I've heard. Maybe it's just me? (snigger)
