TA-DA... First time I submit a sketch as a deviantation. Will prolly scrap. Just 'cause I only CGed ONE time the entire summer. And this was draw last year May. I'M SO SORRY FOR BEING SO LAZY TO CG. >__>Dedicated to :igtica:, who always draws meaningful pictures...

It's really a beautiful sketch with a lot of detail and a great usage of space! I love how there is no empty area in this sketch and the background surrounding your beautiful character fits greatly with the theme I think you're trying to convey-- which is the innocent and admirable femininity of her illuminated soul. Awww, Iggy-chan will absolutely love this sketch you have posted for her. It's so lovely Mist-chan! (can already imagine the bright super-happy message she will give once she sees this
I really really love the symbolic meaningfulness you conveyed here. The arm is faded and yet still alive which strikes me in perhaps depicting the fading arm of hope to stretch her hand out to the person whom she once ached for, whom she once loved, and/or even, if it may be said, a manifestation of a scar, the scar that is left on her body to remind her about what was sacrificed for the greater good or lost because of unforeseen life circumstances and that to remain optimistic, still happy, still loving, to continue moving on with what you have <3. There's countless other interpretations but I find these really applicable and moving to me
As for the style of work, Your sense of fashion and understanding of making dresses, making hair, and igniting amazing serene expression is fantastic, if not admirably heart-moving. Normal words cannot depict just how beautiful, sweet, cute, adorable this is drawn and beautifully executed. The symbols themselves are a wonderful indication of this beauty and creativity. (I love the little sun design in the symbol too!)
All in all, Mist-chan, you need not even scrap this. It's beautiful in each and every way, and it follows the theme that is present ever still in all your drawings.
