Well, my excuse for him meeting my character is going to be a magical space-time rift through the spirit world, very complicated, once-in-a-lifetime chance of it happening ever, something-something... ))

Paula is up on a rooftop, in a world she's never seen before. She had no idea how she had gotten there, only remembering the feeling of long, black claws dragging her through a mist, a sort of veil, and she'd awoken with the sun burning through her eyelids. After gaining her bearings, she sees a thin stream of orange smoke coming from nearby. Curious, she hops from roof to roof until she finds the source
Where is it coming from? It was just here a second ago...
She looks down from her perch up high and sees an odd, blue man
'Scuze me, bu' have you seen somethin' blowin' smoke around here? I'm very curious...

Franky: Having finished smoking his throat he gave it a good rub to make sure it felt alright. Deeming it so he paused at the new voice and turned his oddball eyes up at the new voice, and made a bit of an agitated face at the question, "What's it too you?" He said, little remnants of the smoke still escaping his mouth as he spoke.

Franky: Rolling his eyes at her little comments he lifted his hand and lifted her at his will upside down before setting her on the ground in that way "You're in the city, and you're bothering me." he shoved his hands into his pockets before looking out into the streets.

she squeals at being upside-down, but once he sets her down on her feet she smiles and brushes herself off, and checking that nothing has fallen out of her bag

I take it people don't take too kindly to fire-breathing scaly monstrosities 'round here, and the smoke kinda gives it away...
she gestures to the thin stream of smoke still coming from his nose

Franky: He had on a startled expression looking down at her "M-monstrosity?! MONSTROSITY?!"He glared down at her and snatched up her hand and held it up high so she was nearly dangling off the ground. "How about I turn you into something unpleasant like a toad?! Okay, okay, I admit that was quite rude in every aspect of the word. But you're prob'ly a sight to see. Never met a dragon in it's full form. And as for changing me, I'd prefer a crow, but a toad would be fun too! All jumpin' round, catchin' flies. Oh, but then I wouldn't be able to work on alchemy anymore... Kinda hard t' tinker when you got flippers fer 'ands.
slowly, as to not attract his attention, she goes into her bag and shuffles around with her other hand, looking for a little trinket. Finding it, she lets it slither up her arm, and into her sleeve, waiting for her command
