This is Antioch the hare mystic. He is peaceful and serene... always reminding us to see the bigger picture, think beyond ourselves and be at peace. Antioch's favorite activities are sunbathing and rolling in fresh wet grass. Please provide him with a little nip of sake every so often!

Antioch's face is made from cold cast porcelain that is hand painted and sealed. His eye is glass.

This is a handmade, one of a kind piece of art. The face, claws, ears and feet are original sculpts cast in resin that is then hand painted. Each cast piece is sealed with clear coat. The body is a soft, non articulated floppy style stuffed with soft polyfill and plastic pellets to weight the butt for easy sitting. High quality thick faux fur body. Hand shaped wool hair pieces.

Antioch's necklace is made from buffalo teeth ( an old friend of his) ,and a felt leaf with brass and glass beads.

Every one of my dolls comes with a signed tag marking it as one of my special handmade critters. These dolls are meant to be petted and cuddled a bit but please treat them with care. Wipe the face or paws with a slightly damp cloth to clean any scuffs or dust. They are not rated for young children!

Antioch is 17" tall from ear tip to toe.
