This lineart is for a trade with one of my friends, so she is going to color this one and give me some lines of her own for me to color!The inspiration for this came because I was in Mexico, and I said "buenos dias" and i was like "why is dia a masculine word in spanish even though it has an a at the end? and noche is feminine. And I was like huh that's pretty cool a feminine night and masculine day. And then la Luna and el Sol. SO I thought it would be cool to personify them as misbegotten lovers, only able to be together during an eclipse. Probably not the most original idea lol but oh well, I'm pretty happy with how it came out!
