Heatblast + Feral (Glowing) Ghoul (Based mostly on the ghouls from New Vegas and FO3)

The origin story of this au:
Ben 10 x Fallout AU - OriginVault Tec made vault 10 to test a piece of alien equipment they found. The alien tech had DNA altering abilities. This could perhaps help them with their super soldier/FEV experiments. They were able to reverse engineer the alien tech into a pip-boy like device. It was filled with DNA samples both from the original alien tech and some of Vault Tec owns experiments.After the great war vault 10 began its operations, it was a slow but steady process, for the most part the vault was almost like one of their non-experiment vaults. There was a higher amount of residents than in other ones though. This was because the main purpose of the vault was for breeding testers of the alien device. The altering of DNA successfully still wasn’t easy, not even with alien tech, so the scientist went through quite a lot of bodies until they had it right.They would fake peoples deaths to bring them to the secret rooms of the vault where the lab was. Families would be set up for crimes they didn’t commit so when the Overseer, who was also one of scientist, ''banished'' the family to the ''outside'' the other residents didn’t bat an eye, but of course they were just brought to the labs.Eventually the Tennyson family would birth a son, Benjamin Tennyson when he eventually grew to the age of 18, every one of the Tennyson household was 18 or older. The scientists had concluded that exposing someone to the DNA altering device at a younger age was doomed to fail due to the person not being developed enough yet.Once again a crime was set up, the Overseer banished the Tennyson family and they soon found themselves within the holding cells of the secret lab. First the Vault Tec researchers would note down all the qualities of their test subjects, measurements, blood types, DNA samples, everything they didn’t have in the vault resident registry yet.Sometimes it took a few days before all the preparations were set in place and the testing would begin. In these days the family members would spent their last days together, yet still alone as each person was put in an individual cell. crying, hysteria, panic and no doubt trauma was formed as the situation slowly broke their mental state.One by one each of the Tennyson’s where exposed to the device. They went from the oldest of the family to the youngest. Grandpa Max, Ben's idol, was up first. The elderly man was forced and strapped down to an operation table and the pip boy like device was forced upon his wrist, the scientist twisted some dials and selected their DNA sample they wanted Max to transform into.A green glow suddenly filled the room and where Max once laid was now a horrid green man sized larvae, with multiple eye stalks protruding from its face and green goo leaking from its malformed teeth, he was barely recognizable but Ben could see it, the face of agony on his grandpa's mutated face. Soon the mutant began to boil, the scientists saying something about unstable DNA, and just like that, the larva imploded unto itself, becoming nothing more than slimy goo.''Another failure'' was all the researcher said as he retrieved the device from the pile of goop.Quickly a Mr. Handy robot came to clean up Grandpa Max's mutated remains.The whole family was shouting in agony, despair and grief at this horrid display. The Vault Tec employees just acted like nothing had happened, once the robot was done cleaning, the next family member was grabbed, Max's wife, Ben his grandma, then his father, his mother, his aunt, his uncle, his niece... all turned into horrible constructs of flesh, the one less human than the last, yet still their faces twisted in agony could be clearly seen on the creatures.It was now Ben's turn, he couldn’t even resist the men who pulled him from his cell and onto the table, he was exhausted from the mental anguish. They strapped the device on him, like Ben had seen multiple times now.They twisted the dials, Ben couldn’t help but look at how the researchers operated the device which had caused the end of all his family members, he saw silhouettes of creatures get displayed on the devices screen and seeing it change with each twist of the dial, eventually the scientist settled on one and then clicked a button, making the green glow begin to appear from the device.Ben could feel the sensation of needles stinging into him from the wrist. he could feel his muscles ache and shift, his skin tearing and forming into something else... something... stable.The scientists watched in awe as they had finally succeeded, they had made their super soldier. Ben's mind felt hazy, he was still himself, but the change made him need a minute to gather himself. He noticed how much taller he now was, he had crushed the table he was strapped onto, next he noticed he now had four arms and an unnatural shade of skin. He shaped his hands into fists, his mind filled with rage. Unlike the scientists, he had not forgotten what they had done to his family.Ben started swinging around his fist wildly, destroying all the equipment that was near him, all the robots the workers had as protection were made into scrap metal in seconds.''I'LL WEAR YOUR GUTS AROUND MY NECK!'' Ben exclaimed in a deep, brutish voice.He pulled the walls apart and used them to smash the scientist, soon the whole lab was covered in a crimson red, but it was not enough, there still was someone else who needed to be punished.''OVERSEEEEEEEEEER!'' The multi armed giant yelled as he started crashing through the walls of the vault.The vault residents panicked as they suddenly saw a giant monster crash into their main hall. Security tried to stop it, but their weapons did nothing. Blinded by rage in his new form, Ben was ruthless, without a second thought he crushed the guards and other residents as he stormed his way through the vault, making the ceiling fall to the ground in his search of the overseer. He lunged through the wall of the overseer office and grabbed the one of each limb of the man with one of his own monstrous arms.''GRAAAAAWAAAAAAAHHHHH'' Ben could only scream as he tore the overseer to pieces as he pulled the man’s limbs with his arms.Ben had avenged his family, all of the scientists and overseer were now dead. He turned to look over what remained of the vault, the only world he had ever known. Debris and bodies were everywhere, only singular lights were still on as wires dangled from the ceiling... what was left of the ceiling at least. The giant made his way to through the vault one last time, this time heading for the exit. He did not need any of the systems to open the door for him, he simply ripped the gate from the wall and made his way to the outside, the rough wasteland he had only heard tales about. It would be the only place fitting for the monster he had become.''Beep.... beep... beeeeeep'' The device suddenly made a strange noise, like it was powering down. Red light now enveloped Ben, once he could see clearly again. he found himself turned back to his normal self. The transformation turned out to be temporary…The green display of the device was now red and seemed to be inoperable.He looked at his hands, they were clean, no signs of the blood and gore he was handling just moments before. Ben looked at the device, he wanted to throw it away, destroy it like it had destroyed the lives of the Tennyson’s... but at the same time, this was the last thing he had connecting him to his family. It was the last thing each member wore before leaving the world of the living…It was clear the device held power, powers that might help him survive in the rough irradiated wasteland and maybe even powers… that could be used for good.

The idea here is ''what if a pyronite got ghoulified?'' Basically this dna sample falls under the ''got radiation all over it'' category.
As I'm working on this lil' AU I'm starting see the ways these aliens might get new origins or get changed to fit with the Fallout setting.
They can be:
-Dna got corrupted by radiation and/or FEV
-Dna is fused with some other animal by Vault-Tec
-Dna was created by Vault-Tec or
-The Dna is in it's original state from the found Zetan alien tech that was used to make ''The Device'' (The name the wastelanders have given to the omnitrix of this AU)

Now on to what makes this Heatblast variant special:
Instead of regular fire, this dude blasts irradiated fire! Pretty sure radiation or stuff that produces radiation also gives of heat, so it's pretty much that. A different flavor of fire. He is a bit more brittle than regular Heatblast though. Due to suffering from radiation poisoning itself pretty much 24/7. However, like a ghoul has grown to resist and harness it.
