This is pretty much like the title says, a random character
Actually, this is something I first created in my head back in the sixth grade (so 8 years ago) I found an old drawing of this and thought I'd recreate it in the way that I wanted it to look.
It was originally for my Full Metal Alchemist OC Liera. When I first created her (and sort of now I guess, haven't been working with her character as of late) she was supposed to be the eighth homunculai, "Truth" (based off of the first anime) and she could transform into well...this. Mainly because she was made with the philosopher's stone and blah blah blah... she was a bit sue-ish at first
I still think this looks cool though... so Imma postin' it
