You're quite good at this. Β Your style emphasizes the facial expression of the character being drawn, which while not keeping so closely to the original artwork, lets you do some great facial expressions that work well for the character. Β

Hope you don't mind my asking this, but what's RWBY? This one and those other characters you posted are really cool. I just have no idea where they're from.

RWBY (pronounced "ruby") is an animated web series by Rooster Teeth. It centers around the students of a school who train to become Hunters and Huntresses. Their job is to protect those who cannot protect themselves from the evils of the world, in this case, the creatures of Grimm and an organization called the White Fang.
I suggest watching the trailers first.
