Just something I did for fun, I always end up drawing Sparks when I get bored X'DAnd hey look, he actually has cheek pouches for once like all Pikachu are supposed to! Well... Not exactly. Normally you can't see his at all, the only time they show up is when he is using electrical attacks :3
