Description

Pink Topaz was not apart of the war between earth and the Gem homeworld. She is aware that earth is where she originated from, but the specifics are blurry.

With a lack of memory comes a bit of innocence. Topaz has a tendency to be happy go lucky...who wouldn’t be happy being all pink. She is fascinated and curious about everything. She is smaller than the average Gem. It allows her to dodge and move about without being noticed.

Her outfit consists of a satin embroidered corset and short bustled skirt. For decency, she wears a pair of short leggings underneath. The corset also encloses a short sleeve button up shirt that opens at the top to reveal her gemstone. Her long, pastel pink hair usually stays pulled back into cute wavy pigtails. atop her head sits a miniature bowler cap.

However, she has another secret. When triggered, her personality alters completely. It has earned her the nickname “Spaz”. Since the trigger was unknown for several hundred years, it prevented her from fusing with other gems, since she didn’t know what personality would result. Now she is able to control this trigger, to an extent, and can use it to her advantage, most of the time. Her physical appearance also changes and her hue tends to the much darker side of the gradient.

Her Gemstone is in the shape of a tear and resides above her decolletage. From it comes a parasol scabbard. She’s not much of a fighter, unless provoked, but she is always ready for rain.

What she doesn’t realize is that she used to be a yellow topaz. Her gemstone had become corrupt and cracked. During this time, Gem society did not know how to fix the broken gems and she became an experiment.

Gem scientists tried to repair her Gem though a rapid heating and cooling process. However, the result was not a fixed yellow topaz gemstone but a pink gemstone with inclusions. The Corruption was removed but the internal cracks at within the heart of the gem led to the repressed personality. Pink Topaz has learned to overcome her disability and use it to her advantage.
