Earth-chan has lots of problems
First of all she has an Ice Cap, that is cooling her crust, followed by her mantle and eventually her core
When her core cools significantly, it will freeze, and her magnetic field will collapse,
and the Solar wind will blow away her atmosphere, and her oceans will boil away.
Leaving a lifeless desert of a planet, similar to Mars
When Earth was a toddler she used to be able to grow plants and animals really well
during the Jurassic and Cretaceous eras she had an atmosphere of 26 to 30% oxygen,
and 0.17 to 0.195% Carbon dioxide, which is a really good plant food.
The Animals and insects were huge, and the plants grew in giant forests.
But now the climate is a lot colder, the Oxygen is only 20%
and the carbon dioxide is about 0.038% much too low for healthy plants to grow.
The animals are all small, and the forests don't grow as tall or as thick as they used to
And Earth Chan used to love the rain, there used to be lots of rain.
But now there is very little soot or dust in the air,
water vapour can't nucleate to form clouds, and there are lots of droughts and famines.
lots of Earth chan's animal friends don't have enough water, and the deserts grow larger.
And all the Humans want to make Earth perfect for them, but not for Earth.
They want Earth to be cold, with no carbon dioxide, meaning no plants.
Earth chan would feel so much better if she could be warmer.

You're mortal, you are supposed to be used to everything around you dying.
Your species lives longer than most species on the planet,
Your species is fragile enough that very few of you historically survive into adult hood
You domesticate animals that live very short lives, as both pets and food.
You grow plants just to kill and eat them. Humans are surrounded by death and life.
Our nearest neighbours Venus and Mars
Venus is close enough to the sun it's burning hot, it's atmosphere is thick enough to retain a lot of heat
and not one Scientific probe lander sent to Venus has lasted longer than 3 hours.
Mars is far enough from the sun that it's cooled enough for it's mantle and core to freeze solid
as a result, it's magnetic field has collapsed, and the solar wind has blown away most of it's atmosphere
Exploration as yet has discovered no evidence of life ever existing on Mars.
Both planets have atmospheres that contain more than 95% carbon dioxide.
Strong evidence that both planets have never had plant life.
Earth happens to exist in a region close enough to the sun that it is warm.
Not too Hot, not too cold. which provided perfect conditions for life to evolve.
Second that the majority of the atmosphere is nitrogen which is fairly benign.
and that Oxygen has fluctuated between 12 and 32%
while carbon dioxide has fluctuated between 0.036 and 0.45%
But life can't exist forever, eventually something is going to happen that kills all life on earth.
it's almost happened a number of times already, both in the oceans and on land.
the Ocean used to be +220 meters above current sea level, the ocean was full of life
Then the ocean fell to -20 meters lower than current sea level, and a lot of life in the oceans went extinct
eventually the oceans rose back up to the current sea level, but the oceans have never recovered.
Most of that water is now trapped underground or in the polar ice caps.
And the ice ages that caused the ice caps, also caused a large amount of extinctions of land animals
specifically reptilian and arthropod species that need warmer climates
and when the ice ages ended a lot of the Mammals that adapted to the cold weather also went extinct.
Most of those changes were caused by Volcanic or Meteoric events.

in an estimated 2.3 to 2.5 billion years Earth will face the same end as Mars.
The ice caps are slowly freezing the mantle, followed by the core, and the eventual collapse of the magnetic field.
Then Earth's atmosphere will be blown away into space, the oceans will boil, and earth will be left as a lifeless desert.
in about 3 billion years the Andromeda galaxy will be as prominent as the Milkyway in the night sky.
in 4 billion years the Andromeda Galaxy will collide with the Milky way.
One of the stars from Andromeda may collide with the Sun or perhaps even earth or another planet.
Assuming we survive the merging of the two Galaxies, in about 5 billion years the sun will start to run out of Hydrogen
At that time the sun will start to burn more Helium, and will expand into a red giant,
eventually swallowing Earth, and burning what's left of the planet, and tearing away what's left of our atmosphere.
That is what we have to look forward to, Sorry for the bad news.
At best we have 1 billion years of organic life left, and considering Organic life evolved about 2 to 3 billion years ago,
3 to 4 billion years is a very good track record for life to exist on a planet.
but as a species, if we can't exist past the death of earth or the sun, was any of this actually worth existing at all ?
Human history hasn't left any mark that will survive longer than our sun.
No monument will ever survive to say we were even here.
But will that truth leave you unmotivated and depressed,
Or will it Motivate you to use science as a tool to become Gods ?

the ice caps were not caused by humans, they are remnants from the ice age
Modern humans didn't even exist then.
Second life can only exist as long as there is enough carbon in a usable form within the biosphere
The problem is that large amounts of carbon that used to be part of the biosphere
are now underground trapped under rock. that carbon had been removed from the biosphere
meaning that there is now less carbon in the biosphere than there used to be
meaning that there is now less life on this planet than there was hundreds of thousands of years ago
Humans are not responsible for that
in fact Humans are the only form of life intelligent enough to mine fossil fuels out of the earth
and return that life giving carbon back into the biosphere as carbon dioxide
the industrial revolution added to the biosphere more carbon meaning more life
Without humans Earth's biosphere will die sooner.
Think about for that for a second, humans aren't villains, we aren't viruses, we aren't parasites
we are symbiotic organisms that are the only ones capable of keeping the biosphere alive
theoretically past the death of the planet and sun.
