Description
From my ongoing counter-factual history of Christian II of Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The Holy Roman Empire is on the verge of religious civil war whilst the Valois and Habsburg alliances fight each other to a stand still. Will the confessional divide be bridged, or is Germany doomed to be a battlefield between the followers of Luther and Rome?

I was greatly helped my zalezsky 's excellent map of Germany in 1525 whilst making this, although I did defer to my German base map when the two differed. I've always thought that mapping the HRE was one of the great undertakings of any map-maker worth his salt (including tracing the Norwegian coastline and the Finnish lakes), so I'm happy to finally cross that particular achievement off my list.

This is a rather detailed map, so there's bound to be the odd (or major) mistake here and there. Do let me know if you spot any.
