Lucy seems attracted to Sasuke, unbeknownst to Sakura.
The book Kakashi reads is Icha Icha Violence (Make Out Violence), another one of Jiraiya/Pervy Sage's best selling novels.
Kakashi and Kappei can be seen meeting each other. This is a reference that the two have almost the same birthdays (The former is September 15th while the latter is on the 16th).
Ninjala-fied Shikamaru makes his debut appearance in this poster, holding the lighter that belonged to his deceased mentor Asuma Sarutobi, who was slain by the immortal and the arrogant Hidan of the Akatsuki. Ain't that a drag?
