Bro, I don't know what you think you're talking about in those other comments. Those mountains have some obvious form to them and have definite edges and shape. I will admit, the edges of a few of the mountain peeks look a bit choppy and that could be fixed, this is true. I'm not going to lie and say you don't need to work at it, but they look lovely and nothing like paper cutouts. Don't put yourself down so much, man. 👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Mike, I still don't know how can you do beautiful landscapes XD
The sky has really nice colors that complement each other (pink / blue is one of my favorite color combination :3) and the grass seems so natural <3 Also, the trees make a nice touch to it :'D
The mountains.. well, what can I say? I always loved how you make them X3 The lights are very nice placed on them, too ^^ And as Inny said, the main hill draws the attention to the dragon standing over there 8D
So my final conclusion is: you never cease to amaze me in every drawing you do <3 :3

Thank you, Ryo. But this is just like all the others I've made before with no difference at all: grass, sky, lame clouds, paper-like mountains... all my pictures follow this same pattern. I'm sick of it.

Thank you. But what are you talking about? Some Dodge and Burn Tool and you have yourself a lame-paper-like mountain just like mine. I'm sick of drawing like this and do this very same type of thing on every single freaking picture I make. They are all the same with no change at all.

That's not style or technique. It's boring lame old vicious routine cycle. Everything I do is the same old looking thing. It's like walking in circles or chasing my own tail. If I had a tail, that is.

no yr not...why do all artists seem to critique their own talents even when people constantly praise them for their good works? its saddening to see people WITH talent tell themselves they arent good at it when people without talent seem to boast about their art?

Thank you. I still don't consider myself a good artist, but as an answer to your question I say... I have no idea. Well... maybe I do... I'd say it is somewhat a psychological matter. Maybe the people who really can't draw at all praise themselves so that helps them feel better and the ones who are talented don't for either they are confident enough on their skills, or they are afraid being considered an obnoxious boaster or they are simply modest. There sure are other possible reasons I could list for both but I can't remember them all now. I have seen and met amazing artists that brag about themselves so much, they even come to the point of offending less skilled artists. I've been "victim" of one of those once. It's reallyi displeasing when a better artist insults the quality and skills of your art.

Whoa, man o3o Powerful use of lighting here! It draws the attention to the character that's standing on top of the hill, other than outlining the hill itself to emphasize its importance. I really like the combination of soft colors you used on the sky as well; coupled with the fluffy clouds, it gives off a sense of serenity. AND DAT GRASS. It makes me wanna lay down on it; it looks so soft XD
The only thing I can see that may need critique is the mountain to the far right. It seems to lack a bit of depth. Overall tho, this is amazing, Mike <3
