Hello, I'm here from ProjectComment !
This is REALLY good! I love the idea and you nailed the makeup. The color scheme is amazing and your technique with the markers is really good. May i ask what markers did you use?
Things that I think you could work on would be the black shading, it's too rough on the hair. I think you could try and experiment with different colors on the lineart, maybe a dark blue/purple. The hair on the left is a little bit stiff, you could maybe add some strands of hair that stand out or something. I don't know if it's because of the picture, but i feel like the highlights are too thin, i would add more and maybe go back with a white pen so it stands out more.
Also, i would improve the lettering, not only on the name but on the logo aswell, is a little bit too hard to understand. One thing that can help you with the text is to draw the guides first, then sketch your text, that way you can mesure the space between the letters and the margin of the drawing
Other than that I think this is a really good drawing and you are totally on the right track!

HELLO GREETINGS !!!
Come from ProjectComment
I am very interested in your drawing, the concept is really fabulous and very creative, your idea of Mattel's drag queen is undoubtedly very original, not only because the drawing itself is very good, Trixie's makeup is very beautiful and applied giving a lot of contrast and expressiveness to his gestures, especially his very thick lashes.
Your palette of colors give a lot of life, but what I liked the most was the perfect harmony in the shadows and lights, the shine in the slats is very well applied and the excess in your hair gives a volume effect on the fringe.
It even leaves me curious as to what kind of dresses I would wear this beauty pageant doll.
Something that failed a bit were the letters that are before the word Trixie, because with very small space you can not read very well what it says and it can become confusing, in that aspect I would recommend using a white pen (I use the Gelly Roll) to outline the letters to define the correct letters
Outside of that, it's great.
A very good illustration.
