Okay so did some snooping around, thanks to everyones comments aha the blue thingies are antennae link Judith has an attachment specific to her called "Antennae Guard". In game it has a description, "Protects those important antennae. A must for any Krityan Lady."謎解明~
Does anyone know what the blue thingies under her ears are?
I was asking Sumwheat , he thought they were hair accessories, but I thought they were like a part of her body like extra ears or something.
I swear they talked about it in game and I've forgotten...but I might just be imagining things and they were never explained??

As for her fluffs, I think they are part of her body seeing she is not human.
I looked a bit at the official concept art and it seemed they come from her head.
Either way Judith is a really cool character and a staple in my battle team.

Hmmm...if I recall correctly, those long blue things are "antennae". You know, like what bugs have or the rabbit ears on an old TV? Don't think the game ever said what they were used for though....but supposedly, they're delicate. Hope that helps and the art is lovely
